Hey, I’m Alisha. A wife, mom, fitness/nutrition/lifestyle coach. I dieted for over a decade, losing and regaining the same weight over and over. I was not only chasing a number on the scale, but I was also trying to be everything to everyone, which only left me feeling more exhausted and worse about myself.
I finally realized that if I was going to show up as the wife and mom I wanted and find freedom in my health I needed to work on my relationship to food, exercise, my body, and myself. I learned about the power of changing our brain (aka our thinking) - and our behavior- through habits that supported the healthy lifestyle that I craved. And now I’m ready to share everything I’ve learned with you!
If you are ready to finally find a simple nutrition and fitness plan that is built for busy moms...
Feel better in your clothes and about what you see in the mirror...

This ONE nutrition mistake could be one of the reasons you're not making progress
Are you making this ONE nutrition mistake? I wouldn't be surprised if you are in some way or another. The problem is this is nutrition blunder shows up in so many different ways, it's hard to keep track of it. And often times we will simply swap one form of it for another.
We want nutrition to be simple. We want it to be easy. However, often times this very behavior actually makes it way more complicated than it has to be and far from easy.
Instead we end up spending countless minutes tracking what we eat. We count the calories or the macros or the points. And for what? The hope of weight loss. The hope that we will see that number on the scale go down. The hope that we will feel something better about ourselves than what we do right now.
The problem is, our bodies are so much more complex than a simple formula of calories in vs calories out. So, if calorie counting is effective, efficient and NOT a long term solution to health, longevity, and sustainable weight loss why do we keep using it?
This week on the show, we dive into this topic and I give you some practical ways you can start making some changes to the way you eat that doesn't have you tracking every bite you put into your mouth.
Sound good? Hit play and free yourself from the never ending food math we are bombarded with on a daily basis.
AND... if you are ready to take this work even deeper in your own life. Create freedom from the scale and nutrition labels. I got you, boo.
Email alisha@alishacarlson.com to schedule a call with me. On that call we will take a look at where you're at now (and why you're not where you want to be), plus we will map out the exact roadmap to get you to where you want to be.
