Hey, I’m Alisha. A wife, mom, fitness/nutrition/lifestyle coach. I dieted for over a decade, losing and regaining the same weight over and over. I was not only chasing a number on the scale, but I was also trying to be everything to everyone, which only left me feeling more exhausted and worse about myself.
I finally realized that if I was going to show up as the wife and mom I wanted and find freedom in my health I needed to work on my relationship to food, exercise, my body, and myself. I learned about the power of changing our brain (aka our thinking) - and our behavior- through habits that supported the healthy lifestyle that I craved. And now I’m ready to share everything I’ve learned with you!
If you are ready to finally find a simple nutrition and fitness plan that is built for busy moms...
Feel better in your clothes and about what you see in the mirror...

Stop using willpower, it doesn't work --learn how to conquer your food cravings
We know either intellectually or from personal experience that willpower does not work. At least not long-term. However, when it comes to habit change and food cravings I still see so many people simply trying to use their willpower to just not eat the thing or not do the thing again.
Today, I am giving you a tool that you can use the next time your sweet tooth shows up and you have a craving that just won't leave you alone.
Whether or not you're struggling with food cravings or the urge to have that 5 o'clock glass of wine, watch less Netflix, or spend less time on Instagram, you can use this non diet strategy I am teaching you.
I believe that once you understand why you are doing what you are doing, you will be able to more easily and more effectively change the unwanted behavior...and, it will actually feel easier. You'll feel so much more proud of yourself, and bonus, you'll be less exhausted because you won't be trying to exert will power so much.
So, regardless of the behavior you want to change, you won't want to miss this week's show.
Press play, grab your drink of choice or slip on those tennies and head out for a walk.
I know you've been listening for a while, and you're ready to dive deeper into this work, but it can feel like it's so much. Believe me, I totally get it.
