This week I give you an update on my 40 Day Social Media Fast. Plus we take a closer look at our current relationships.
Whether you realize it or not, you are in a relationship with every single thing (and person) in your life. Food. Your body. Exercise. Your spouse. Your kids. All of it.
I realized toward the end of February that my current relationship with social media was toxic. And left me feeling pretty disempowered in the relationship. I noticed it was starting to impact so many different areas of my life.
So... as a result, I decided to fast from it. Actually, more truthfully, I was really feeling the nudge deep in my heart. And after a few days of debating and dragging my feet, I decided to listen to that nudge.
Today, I share with you a bit about that journey but the real meat and potatoes is the relationship work.
