If you're like the vast majority of women out there, chances are you have some drama around the scale and the number that pops up whenever you step on. 

If it's a 'good' number, then you can have a good day. If it's not, well, we all know how that goes. It's usually a good blend of shoulding all over ourselves and beating ourselves up for not being more disciplined or focused. Feeling pressure for not losing more weight than you have or not losing any at all. 

But, what if the number is totally, one hundred percent neutral? 

Meaning, it has no weight (pun intended) other than what you decide to give it. 

Did you know that's even a real thing--like you have the power to do that. This week, I show you how to untangle your current relationship with the scale, and how to begin creating a healthier relationship with yourself as well as any number that pops up. 

Despite what you might be currently believing about yourself, you are beautiful, worthy of love, and are capable of anything regardless of what the scale or anyone else has ever said about you. You are so loved, my friend. Don't let a number tell you otherwise.
