Unfortunately the overarching message out there is that weight loss = health. 

I'm going to blow the whistle on this. 

We know there are so many other ways you can track your health and progress without ever stepping on a scale or making weight loss your sole focus. 

Just like you can lose weight without regard to your over all mental, emotion, and physical health. (I've been there)

In today's episode we talk about the difference between the two styles of coaching and which one might be the right fit for you. 

There are certainly areas where the two styles of coaching could overlap, but not always. 

Today, we will dive into how they are the same and how they are different. Plus, you'll feel more confident as you start to explore coaching on a deeper level.

If you've been around for any time, you've heard me talk about the diet mindset which is the set of thoughts that creates the all or nothing, black or white, good and bad behavior around food, exercise, and your body. 

So, despite what your goals are and the type of coaching you want, look for the coach you resonate with and that you connect with.
