Hey friend! 
This week, we are talking all about making peace with your body through healing your relationship to it. 

If you've ever struggled with what your body looks like, have had nasty things to say about it, and have gone to extreme measures to shrink it, 'fix' it, or change it all in the pursuit of finding your worth or your value there, then you won't want to miss this episode. 

It's not uncommon to think that if only...
you lost weight
your body was a different shape/ size
your body looked different, more ideal

then you would feel happy, confident, and good in your body.

I'm here to tell you as someone who had reached all of her physique goals at one point in her life--being the leanest and lightest I had ever been, I still wasn't happy with what I saw in the mirror.

It still didn't feel like it was enough.
