This week I am speaking with friend and special guest, Omega Zumpano. She and I share many things in common, particularly our love for helping other women feel stronger in their bodies and more empowered in their lives. 

We were both also former competitors in the fitness world. 

This week we are having an honest conversation about the good, the bad, and the ugly of the fitness world, what we are doing now, and how we are helping other women navigate the oft confusing and potentially even unhealthy world of fitness and food.

Omega now spends her time empowering female personal trainers to confidently optimize their clients hormones so that they can serve more women effectively.
